What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Preschool Teacher position at Condor Child Care?
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and nurturing Preschool Teacher to join our team. If you have a passion for early childhood education and love guiding preschoolers through daily discoveries, we want to hear from you!
Qualifications: applicants must be reliable, patient, and genuinely excited to work with 2 and 3-year-olds, must have more than one year experience caring for children in a licensed child care center, must be familiar with Texas Child Care Minimum Standards and Texas Rising Star guidelines, must be able to pass a criminal history background check and fingerprint check.
Job duties include, but are not limited to, supervising children at all times and keeping them safe, feeding children, following a lesson plan and daily schedule, changing diapers/pull ups, helping children with potty training, cleaning classroom and bathrooms, maintaining friendly, professional communication with parents.
Hours & Schedule: This is a split shift, perfect for anyone who loves a midday break!
- Monday through Friday
- Morning shift: 7:30am – 12:00pm
- Midday break: 12:00pm - 2:00pm
- Afternoon shift: 2:00pm – 5:30pm
Pay is based on experience, certifications, credentials and degrees.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
