Responsibilities include:
- Assisting attorneys with all phases of litigation
- Drafting, proofreading, and formatting legal documents and correspondence
- Managing case files, deadlines, and calendars
- Coordinating filings in state and federal courts
- Communicating with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters efficiently
- Excellent writing and proofreading abilities
- Prior litigation experience preferred
- Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
