About the Role
We are hiring a Real Estate Data Operations Specialist to support the expansion and maintenance of building- and neighborhood-level data on our platform.
This is a detail-oriented, operations-focused role. You will work with structured data, follow defined processes, and help ensure information is clean, consistent, and accurate.
The role is primarily remote, but candidates must be based in Miami, as occasional local visits to condo management offices may be required when offices are unresponsive by phone or email.
This position starts part-time (20 hours per week), with the potential to transition to full-time for strong performers.
Key Responsibilities
- Add new condo buildings and neighborhoods to the platform
- Structure and input building-level data, including amenities and policies
- Maintain consistency and formatting standards across all records
- Review and clean existing data
- Identify missing, outdated, or conflicting information and flag appropriately
- Follow documented processes and SOPs
- Assist with verification-related tasks when needed
What We’re Looking For
Required
- Based in Miami, FL (preference for Downtown Miami / Brickell area)
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable working with structured, repetitive data
- Strong written communication skills
- Able to follow systems and established processes
- Reliable transportation for occasional local travel
Strong Plus
- Real estate, HOA, or property management experience
- Experience with SEO, content structure, or databases
- Familiarity with Notion, spreadsheets, or CMS platforms
- Prior admin, operations, or data-focused roles
Not a Fit If You:
- Prefer speed over accuracy
- Make assumptions instead of flagging uncertainty
- Dislike structured or detail-heavy work
- Are not comfortable with occasional local field work
Data & SEO Awareness
While you do not need to be an SEO expert, an understanding of why structure, consistency, and clean data matter is important. This will be discussed during the interview process.
Schedule & Growth
