What You’ll Do
- Keep our hiring engine moving, schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and support hiring managers.
- Help bring new hires on board with a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience.
- Coordinate background checks, drug screens, and licensing requirements.
- Maintain employee records and keep everything organized and compliant.
- Track certifications and licenses for our field technicians
- Assist with employee changes, documentation, and HR processes.
- Assist with safety records, OSHA logs, and workers compensation
- Support recognition programs, team events, and engagement efforts.
- Help maintain a positive, team-oriented culture.
- 1 to 3 years of administrative or HR experience. Bachelor’s degree in human resource or business preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment
- Strong communication skills, and comfortable working with both office staff and field technicians
