Condesa is looking for friendly, outgoing and positive people to join our team! This position creates a welcoming and professional first impression for guests while managing reservations and dining room flow. This hands-on, customer-facing position emphasizes speed, accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to health and safety protocols in a fast-paced setting. The role reports to the General Manager and involves no supervisory duties.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Ability to communicate and interact professionally and effectively with customers and all team members.
- Must be able to use a computer for timekeeping and cash handling purposes.
- Possesses excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills.
- Complete understanding of all safety requirements and company safety policies.
- Complete knowledge of all company security regulations and federal/state/local regulations relating to food safety.
- Ability to obtain any applicable certifications/licensures as required.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and extended shifts as needed.
Education & Experience:
- Customer-service experience preferred.
- Experience in high end restaurant preferred.
