Concrete Supply Co. is seeking motivated, career-driven individuals to join our Management
Training Program. This program is designed for recent graduates looking to build a long-term career in construction, operations, or business management within the ready-mix concrete industry.
Through a structured rotational program, you will gain hands-on experience across key areas of our business while working alongside experienced leaders and mentors.
Program Overview
This comprehensive training program prepares you for a future management role within our organization. Participants will rotate through multiple departments, gaining real-world experience and leadership skills.
Rotational Training Includes:
Operations & Corporate Rotation (9 Months)
- Safety & Environmental Inspections, regulatory compliance, safety programs, and management responsibilities
- Production CDL permit/licensing exposure, mixer ride-alongs, loader operation observation, batch plant operations, driver training
- Accounting Understanding general ledger (GL), revenue generation, and inventory management
- Human Resources Hiring, employee engagement, and workforce retention strategies
- Fleet Management Plant operations, cost control, preventative maintenance, and regulatory programs
Additional Rotations
- Sales (3 Months)
- Dispatch & Customer Service (3 Months)
- Quality Assurance & Technical Services (3 Months)

Qualifications
