Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the ready-mix batch plant using advanced computerized batching systems.
• Manage material inventories to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
• Conduct regular inspections of plant facilities, equipment, and ready-mix units to maintain safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve plant maintenance issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Prepare accurate daily reports to track production and quality metrics.
• Optimize plant operations to control costs while delivering consistent, high-quality products.

Job Requirements:
Qualifications and Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders as needed.
• Previous experience as a plant technician or in batching operations is advantageous.
• SCDOT certification is a plus.
