Concrete Collaborative is a design-driven concrete and terrazzo manufacturer at the intersection of architecture, interiors, and material innovation. Our Oceanside showroom is a fast-paced hybrid environment — part showroom, part operations hub — supporting high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects nationwide. We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeping Administrator with strong expertise in bank reconciliation and financial administration to keep our books accurate, organized, and up to date. This is a part-time role (5 hours per day).
Key Responsibilities
· Perform timely and accurate monthly bank reconciliations across all company accounts.
· Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping records in the ERP/accounting system, including accounts payable and general ledger entries.
· Process vendor bills with a high degree of accuracy.
· Monitor commissions reports with collaborators.
· Reconcile and monitor cash flow, credit card transactions, and intercompany accounts.
· Prepare monthly sales tax returns.
· Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
· Handle banking activities including deposits, transfers, ACH/wire payments, and bank communications.
· Assist with new vendor onboarding and credit applications.
· Handle oversight of customer waivers and releases.
· Monitor company accounts, log ins, recurring payments, receipts.
· Support ad-hoc financial and administrative tasks such as filing, mail, and general office administration.
What You’ll Bring
· Solid experience in bookkeeping and bank reconciliations (construction, manufacturing, or materials industry experience is a strong plus)
· High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
· Proficiency with accounting/ERP software, QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms
· Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with email, spreadsheets, and financial systems
· Clear written and verbal communication skills
