Responsibilities

• Assist in the application of striping to parking lots, roads, and other surfaces using specialized equipment.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, scraping, and preparing areas for striping.
• Ensure accuracy in line placement, dimensions, and layout as per project specifications.
• Operate and maintain striping equipment, including machines and spray tools.
• Work as part of a team to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others.
• Maintain an organized work area and assist in managing materials and supplies.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates to ensure smooth project flow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues that arise during operation.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within safety guidelines.

Requirements

• 3 years of proven prior experience in road or parking lot striping is required.
• Experience with striping equipment usage and maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific guidelines and measurements.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment and machinery, with training provided.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude.
• Must be able to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a must.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $24.78 - $32.95 per hour
