Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and texts to schedule service appointments
- Follow up with existing service customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Assist with recall outreach, maintenance reminders, and declined service follow-up
- Provide a friendly and professional experience for every customer interaction
- Collaborate with service advisors and managers to meet department goals
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Prior experience in a call center, service BDC, or dealership setting is preferred
- Comfortable using computers and CRM software
- Positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in following up
