Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers throughout the Subaru purchase experience
- Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of Subaru vehicles, safety technology, and features
- Provide a transparent, pressure-free sales process aligned with Subaru values
- Conduct follow-up communication to build long-term relationships and loyalty
- Collaborate with management and teammates to achieve individual and store goals
Qualifications:
- Passion for the Subaru brand and its customers
- Friendly, customer-focused personality with strong communication skills
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to work retail hours, including some evenings and weekends
