Now Hiring: Bilingual Leasing Agent – Madison, TN
Are you outgoing, motivated, and ready to join a dynamic team in property management? We’re looking for a Bilingual Leasing Agent (English/Spanish preferred) to join our thriving apartment community in Madison, TN!
Pay & Benefits:
- $17–$21/hour (based on experience)

Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, with rotating Saturdays
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist prospective residents, providing exceptional customer service
- Conduct tours and highlight the features of our community
- Process applications, lease agreements, and renewals
- Maintain positive relationships with current residents
- Support daily office operations and marketing efforts
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Professional, organized, and team-oriented attitude
- Experience in leasing or property management preferred (but not required)
