Concordia is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor who brings strong leadership, accountability and a passion for excellence. This is an opportunity to step into a key role where you will guide and support a dedicated team while maintaining high standards in a mission-driven environment
Offering a pay rate up to $25.00/hour
Shift: 7am to 3:30pm or 8am-4:30pm to include a rotation of every other weekend.

Position Summary for Housekeeping Supervisor:

• Train and supervise the housekeeping team
• Scheduling, tracking attendance and oversees housekeeping department
• Ordering and inventory of housekeeping supplies
• Performs general housekeeping duties

Qualifications for a Housekeeping Supervisor:

• Proven leadership experience within a Housekeeping department,Retirement or Hospitality industry preferred
• Ability to lead, train and support the housekeeping team
• Managing cleaning supplies and equipment, coordinating repairs and supply orders as needed
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and infection control
