Concordia Home Health and Hospice of Bethlen is seeking a Home Health Aide HHA to care for our patients in Greensburg, Latrobe, Ligonier, and surrounding areas.

What you’ll do as a Home Health Aide HHA :

• Assist clients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and engage in activities to promote well-being.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, including the safe use of assistive devices like wheelchairs and walkers.
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any significant changes to the healthcare team.

• Relevant certifications, such as CPR, First Aid, or HHA/CNA certification (or a willingness to obtain them).
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A clean driving record and reliable transportation (for roles requiring travel).
