Concordia Hospice of Washington is a partnership between Concordia Community Support Services and Washington Health System that offers both quality home care and inpatient hospice end-of-life care. Concordia Hospice of Washington serves our patients in Washington and Greene counties with the focus to provide services that offer comfort, peace, and dignity for those with incurable illnesses and for their families. Compliance and Education Specialist:

What you’ll do as an Education and Compliance professional

• Coordinate and support new hire orientation and onboarding education
• Provide ongoing staff education, in-services, and training support
• Assist with compliance monitoring, policy education, and regulatory readiness
• Support competency validation and staff development initiatives
• Help identify educational needs and opportunities for process improvement
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain standards related to quality and compliance
• Assist with audits, documentation review, and preparation for surveys or inspections
