We are seeking an experienced and hands on Personal Care Home Administrator to lead the daily operations and management of two of our newest Personal Care Facilities - Concordia at SpiriTrust - Luther Ridge and Concordia at SpiriTrust -Gettysburg.
As a Personal Care Home Administrator, you oversee all departments of the personal care facilities and play a direct role in improving the lives of our residents each day.
Requirements of a Personal Care Home Administrator:
- Pennsylvania Personal Care Home Administrator License or Nursing Home Administrator License in good standing
- Seasoned and organized leader
- Experience with regulatory compliance
- Budget and monthly financial experience preferred
- Commitment to caring for the elderly
Responsibilities of a Personal Care Home Administrator:
- Maintain compliance with policies & procedures as well as regulations
- Provide supervision to caregiving team members providing care to residents
- Oversee all other interdisciplinary departments within personal care facility
- Manage revenue and expenses according to budget
- Promote a culture of compassionate, quality care for our residents
- Establish trusting relationships with residents and their families
