Concordia at Cabot is seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Skilled Nursing team on midnight shift. Provide high-quality resident care while earning competitive pay in a supportive environment. Documented experience is recognized through pay, vacation/sick accrual, and benefits.
Schedule & Pay of a Registered Nurse ( RN )
- Full-time and part-time opportunities
- Midnight shift: 10:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m.
- Every-other-weekend rotation
- Starting at $39/hour, with higher rates offered based on experience
- $1.50/hour midnight shift differential
- $1.00/hour weekend differential
**Eligible employees who waive medical insurance may receive an additional $1.50/hour**
What You’ll Do As A Registered Nurse ( RN )
- Administer medications and provide skilled nursing care
- Complete accurate and timely resident assessments and documentation
- Coordinate resident care under the direction of the resident’s physician
- Supervise resident care, treatments, and procedures
What You’ll Bring As A Registered Nurse ( RN )
- Valid Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong leadership abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
