We are searching for an experienced hands-on IT Manager to join our team and help our company continue to grow! We are looking for a skilled hands-on manager with experience leading IT initiatives and mentoring junior employees. This is an amazing opportunity to improve IT Policies, systems and procedures. This position is on-site M-F in Carol Stream, IL.
We are a 200 person organization and looking for someone who can set strategy, be hands on, and mentor a junior team – meaning, you might be directing the team during the day, but also rolling up your sleeves, working late hours on a server migration, or coming in on a weekend to perform upgrades when downtime is lowest.

Pay Range: up to $125,000 base salary annually

- Azure Active Directory and hybrid identity setups
- VMware VCP
