As a Physician Recruiter you will be responsible for successfully identifying and qualifying healthcare providers, as well as development of recruitment strategies to support the staffing goals of our company and its clients. The ideal candidate will be confident, persuasive and unafraid of cold calling, in order to effectively recruit healthcare providers by matching provider skill, license, and credentials to company quality standards. They will also need to maintain relationships with providers by continued communication via phone and email.
Physician Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Prospect and contact potential physicians and healthcare providers. Candidates are derived from cold call lists, referrals and marketing initiatives.
- Follow up with leads who have been contacted in the past
- Schedule calls with the ultimate goal of closing qualified leads
- Use email to correspond with prospective candidates
- Use a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to capture all information regarding leads
Physician Recruiter Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with physicians and other medical professionals
- Strategic thinking and ability to execute results
- Exhibits a professional demeanor
- Stays productive and thorough
- Very self-motivated to exceed goals
- Not intimidated by cold-calling and lead generation
- Self-starter
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields helpful
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- 2 year of recruiting experience preferred
This position will be located in either the McKinney, Texas or Flower Mound, Texas office.
