What are the responsibilities and job description for the Insurance Personal Lines Customer Service Representative position at Concord Insurance Group, Inc.?
Concord Insurance Group, Inc. is a family-owned and managed insurance agency, located just outside of Belmont Center. The agency is a referral-based agency, catering to both personal and commercial clients in Belmont, its surrounding communities and throughout New England. Our agency is unique in that it is ethnic based, but not exclusive. We are looking for a personal lines customer service representative. An Insurance License is helpful but not required.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the management of both home and personal auto policies. This includes issuing new business, policy changes, claims set-up and follow-up. There will be heavy communication between clients as well as various insurance company personnel and brokers.
Applicants must have excellent communication skills via telephone calls and email, fostering strong relationships with both clients and providers.
This is a 30-hour per week position with some flexibility regarding daily hours. We offer a competitive salary and a 401-K program with matching benefits.
