Description
We are hiring a Night Auditor!
As a Night Auditor, you deliver exceptional overnight service while managing financial processes, supporting front desk operations, and maintaining a secure, well-run hotel environment.
Responsibilities:
- Audit and balance daily financial transactions, including credit cards, revenue, and guest folios.
- Verify room status, availability, and front desk transactions for accuracy.
- Complete nightly reports, audit paperwork, and required documentation.
- Perform front desk duties, including check-in/out, reservations, and phone inquiries.
- Respond to guest requests and provide hotel and local information.
- Maintain cash handling, security procedures, and overnight safety standards.
- Keep the front desk/lobby clean and support basic setup needs.
- Communicate issues with housekeeping and maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Previous front desk or hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial data.
- Ability to work independently and manage overnight responsibilities.
- Professional communication and guest service skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel systems.
- Reliable, organized, and multi-task oriented.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Commitment to safety, accuracy, and guest satisfaction.
