We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our culinary team, maintain high-quality food standards, and ensure efficient kitchen operations. You will train, supervise, and inspire kitchen staff while maintaining sanitation, quality, and cost controls across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Train, supervise, and evaluate all kitchen associates, including utility and sanitation staff
• Write schedules, manage staffing, and ensure adequate coverage for all kitchen operations
• Maintain high-quality food preparation, plating, and service, including banquet operations
• Monitor kitchen costs, labor, and food usage to meet budget goals
• Enforce sanitation and safety standards in all kitchen areas
• Prepare and maintain recipe cards, presentation guides, and documentation
• Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to maintain standards and resolve issues
• Ensure communication and coordination between kitchen and banquet operations
• Participate in meetings, MOD program, and cross-department collaboration
• Hire, train, coach, and develop kitchen staff while managing performance evaluations
• Operate all kitchen equipment safely and effectively
• Ensure procurement, inventory, and storage practices adhere to corporate guidelines
• Maintain professional conduct and uphold Concord Hospitality’s high standards
Qualifications:
• Previous kitchen management experience in hotels, resorts, or high-volume restaurants
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Knowledge of food preparation, safety, sanitation, and cost control
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Passion for high-quality culinary standards and team development
