This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow floor plans, and physical stamina to lift and move equipment. Staff must work efficiently both independently and as part of a team to ensure timely, high-quality event setup and breakdown
Job Details Include:
- Set up banquet rooms according to event orders and floor plans
- Arrange tables, chairs, linens, and place settings
- Break down event spaces and return equipment to storage
- Move and position furniture, staging, and equipment safely
- Ensure rooms are clean, organized, and presentation-ready
- Assist with décor setup, including centerpieces and displays
- Follow supervisor instructions and event timelines
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments
- Maintain proper handling and care of equipment and supplies
- Provide quick adjustments during events as needed
