What You’ll Do

• Provide handson care and support to residents
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Answer call lights promptly and compassionately
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Support resident dignity, comfort, and safety
• Work closely with nurses and care team to deliver highquality care
