Compensation
We are dedicated to fair and competitive total compensation package that supports the wellbeing and success of our associates. In addition to this, we offer other components like bonus opportunities. For this position, the anticipated annualized starting base pay range is: $60,000 - $85,000.

Description:
This job consists of providing feedback, training and educational material to claim associates throughout our operating states from a Home Office setting or other location.
Responsibilities
- Review and monitor open files.
- Aid with coverage, liability and damage determinations.
- Review closed files to provide feedback to claim handlers.
- Review open and closed files to ensure adherence to claim handling guidelines and state’s Fair Claims Practices.
- Be responsible to oversee and coordinate various projects assigned, requiring communication with regional or branch claim offices.
- Develop and present educational material to claim associates in classroom and remote settings.
- Work effectively with associates and customers at all levels.
- Occasionally, Travel to various claim branch locations throughout the Company as needed.
- Attend meetings, seminars and other training classes as required.
- Assist with other duties as assigned within the regions or elsewhere on request.
- Several years of claims related experience; demonstration of above average problem solving, training and skill building ability.
- Hold skills applicable to Associate, Branch, and Field Claims Representatives
- Communicate effectively in oral and written form
- Exhibit strong leadership skills and perform as a role model
- Maintain a professional image and be independent, innovative, and efficient in the performance of their duties
- Work effectively with others
