Job Description Description This position is responsible for assisting the Claims Department with servicing and processing of policyholder claims. The purpose of this position is to provide clerical support to help ensure claims resolve accurately and timely. Responsibilities Demonstrate customer service skills and managing FNOL intake Managing a high volume of incoming calls Scanning and indexing claim file documentation Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to learn basic insurance fundamentals Other related duties as assigned by supervisor Requirements High school diploma or GED required General clerical skills Professional telephone manner Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Proficient in a PC Windows environment Demonstrate experience in Microsoft Excel Accuracy in spelling and grammar Ability to work together in a team setting on shared tasks Experience working in a paperless environment preferred Benefits At The Concord Group, we’re proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the wellbeing of our associates.
