The Role
This is an entry-level position designed for individuals who want to build a career in dental technology, specifically in fixed restorations/prosthetics.
You’ll be trained in key production steps such as framework finishing, staining and glazing, and foundational implant workflows. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on skills and an interest in both craftsmanship and digital workflows.
No dental lab experience is required. We’re looking for the right aptitude and mindset.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with crown & bridge production in a team-based workflow
- Learn framework finishing, staining, and glazing techniques
- Support implant processes over time
- Follow standardized workflows to ensure consistent results
- Maintain strong attention to detail and quality control
- Communicate clearly with team members to keep cases moving efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrated fine motor skills and hand control
- Background or interest in hands-on work such as: Painting, sculpting, model-making or similar crafts
- Comfort using computers and learning new software tools
- Strong English communication skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow structured processes
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
