What You'll Do
- Communicate with inbound leads and convert prospects into clients to expand our growing customer base
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate professionals, converting inbound leads into long-term clients
- Develop and execute digital sales programs including targeted advertising, email marketing, and lead generation
- Manage transactions through our internal due diligence process
- Drive business development efforts — brokerage partnerships, referral relationships, and other growth initiatives
- Contribute to promotional program planning and rollout
What We're Looking For
- A people person interested in a client-facing role — sales, account management, financial services, or real estate knowledge and experience a plus
- A natural ability to connect with people
- A genuine desire to commit and grow within a company
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Familiarity with Salesforce or email marketing platforms a plus
