Concord Academy’s Advancement and Engagement team (A&E) is seeking a creative, motivated, and mission-driven individual to plan, manage, and execute all aspects of advancement and engagement communication projects and campaigns. Reporting to the Director of Advancement Communications and Operations, this role will work collaboratively across the Advancement and Engagement team, Marketing and Communications (M&C) team, consultants, external design and print vendors, and with various departments on campus. The project coordinator will support goals to inspire meaningful contributions and engagement with our diverse community of stakeholders, alums, parents, grandparents, parents of alums, and friends. This is a full-time, year-round, benefit-eligible position. CA is a highly relational school, and due to the nature of this role, this is an in-person position.

A successful candidate will have an understanding of and/or willingness to expand their knowledge of communications, fundraising, and engagement, a track record of project management success, and experience in writing, editing, and producing compelling print, digital, and social media content using diverse communication tools.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop project plans to produce deliverables to support all major A&E communications and fundraising campaigns, including the annual fund, planned giving, engagement, and donor relations teams;
● Own project and production management (from concept development to execution) for timely delivery of various annual print and digital projects while collaboratively working with A&E and M&C teams, including: fundraising appeals, event invitations and programs, direct mail, emails, donor and newsletter stories, class notes, promotional items, and content for social media, webpage, and donor reports;
● Manage frequent and highly customized print and digital content across different channels for engagement, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship communications;
● Support a comprehensive communications calendar to ensure strategic delivery of all department communications with consideration for pace, timing, messaging, and audiences; outline clear processes, communicate timelines, and manage to deadlines;
● Maintain and analyze data; report on key metrics and benchmarks to make recommendations and support strategies for building and enhancing communications practices; stay abreast of best practices for both print and digital solicitations and communications;
● Serve as a liaison between A&E and the M&C Team, collaborating to ensure that all audiences are receiving school communications in strategic and meaningful ways. Work closely with campus partners to highlight school happenings and news relevant to the greater CA community;
● Work in close partnership with the Advancement Services team to submit complex data requests and follow appropriate procedures to produce mail and email lists, manage data query projects, and ensure accuracy of lists;
● Provide event support; tracking registrations, nametags, preparing materials (invitations, online registration forms, speaker gifts, video, print pieces, signage, etc.), and event communications.
● Manage online platforms, including Gratavid and Almaconnect, to ensure timely donor communication, consistency, and brand adherence.
● Attend events, programs, and meetings as appropriate; some evening and weekend work will be required.
● Oversee the Class Secretary program, which includes frequent communication with class secretaries, particularly through the kick-off communications each fall, supporting the Chair of the Class Secretary Program and class secretaries through the collection of class notes through the winter, and the timely collaboration with the marketing and communications office of class note incorporation into the magazine.
● Lead other special projects, publications, and duties as assigned

● Bachelor’s Degree required
● Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience

● Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of accuracy and quality under pressure; demonstrated time management, organizational, and project management skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft (MS Access, Excel, and Word) and Google Suite applications required. Database experience and the ability to learn new software and to analyze and present data; Raisers Edge is preferred; familiarity with, or ability to quickly learn, project management systems (Asana), web content management systems, communication, email, and marketing systems and tools including MailChimp, Wordpress or Gravity forms and productivity tools (Slack, Adobe Creative Suite) are desired.
● Proven resourcefulness in finding appropriate solutions to complex problems (operational and administrative); takes initiative in implementing solutions or making recommendations
● High degree of integrity, dependability, professionalism, and sound judgment; effective diplomacy with a strong work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit; ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters, including those related to sensitive donor relations

Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
