Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Excavate and grade footings, building pads, parking lots and other surfaces related to commercial construction.
- Understand and meet production goals
- Understand compaction and moisture testing requirements
- Identify faults in equipment and take measures to fix them
- Experience in operating equipment such as: loader, dozer, scraper, motor grader, and excavator
- Experience with mass grading and foundation excavation
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to read civil prints and control grading
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds or greater occasionally and 25-50 pounds frequently
- Must be able to work outdoors and stand for majority of the day
- Must be able to perform tasks while walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling
Additional responsibilities will be assigned based on experience and performance.

Other considerations:
- All offers of employment are conditioned by successfully passing a background check, drug screen and physical capacity test
- Wages are based on experience and performance
- Must be able to work outside the normal operating hours (7am-4pm, winter/fall 7am-3:30pm, spring/summer)
- Employees are responsible for transportation to and from the job site
