Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Ability to erect steel structure including: columns, beams, bar joists, and decking
- Ability to erect pre-cast panels
- Experience using oxy-acetylene torch
- Ability to work at ease at elevated heights
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds or greater occasionally and 25-50 pounds frequently
- Must be able to work outdoors and stand for majority of the day
- Must be able to perform tasks while walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling
Additional responsibilities will be assigned based on experience and performance

Other considerations:
- All offers of employment are conditioned by successfully passing a background check, drug screen and physical capacity test
- Wages are based on experience and performance
- Must be able to work outside the normal operating hours (7am-4pm, winter/fall 7am-3:30pm, spring/summer)
- Employees are responsible for transportation to and from the job site

- Tool Bag (Includes Framing Hammer - Min 16oz., 25' Tape Measure, Nail Bag, Nail Puller, Quick Square, Utility Knife)

- Bar
