Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Place and finish concrete using a variety of hand and power tools
- Set forms for all concrete applications including: slabs, foundations, sidewalks, curbing and paving
- Set forms for all concrete applications while maintaining proper control (grade and line)
- Tie rebar for all applications of concrete, including: foundations, slabs and walls
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds or greater occasionally and 25-50 pounds frequently
- Must be able to work outdoors and stand for majority of the day
- Must be able to perform tasks while walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling
Additional responsibilities will be assigned based on experience and performance.

Other considerations:
- All offers of employment are conditioned by successfully passing a background check, drug screen and physical capacity test
- Wages are based on experience and performance
- Must be able to work outside the normal operating hours (7am-4pm, winter/fall 7am-3:30pm, spring/summer)
- Employees are responsible for transportation to and from the job site

- Tool Bag (Includes Framing Hammer - Min 16 oz., 25' Tape Measure, Nail Bag, Nail Puller, Quick Square, Utility Knife)
- Wire Wheel & Plyers
- Chalk Line
- 4' Level
- 10-12 lb. Sledge Hammer
- Magnesium Hand Float
- 14' x 3" Finish Trowel
- Rubber Boots
