Concierge PT is a prospering Physical Therapy clinic located in Central MA and MetroWest. We are looking for aFull Time Front Desk Medical Receptionist to meet and greet patients/ clients, manage schedules of providers, provide insurance benefits and eligibility information to prospective patients, with confidence in the medical benefits and insurance field. The right candidate is a self-starter with Medical Reception experience who can step and and learn the "Concierge- Way" of Front Desk work. Please apply to join our exciting team today!

Job Requirements:

-Versed in insurance verification/eligibility processes, basic insurance terminology and taking payments

-Understands an Explanation of Benefits, simple billing tasks (collecting copays etc.)

Summary

As a Medical Receptionist/Front Desk, you will be essential in delivering outstanding patient service and managing the front office operations of our medical facility. Your core skills in medical administrative support and office experience will be vital for tasks such as insurance verification and maintaining medical records. Utilizing your premium skills in EHR systems and HIPAA compliance, you will ensure patient information is handled securely and efficiently. Your strong communication abilities will facilitate interactions with patients and healthcare providers, making you a key contributor to our outpatient care team.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and patient check-ins efficiently.
  • Verify insurance information and handle medical collections as needed.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Answer multi-line phone systems, addressing inquiries and directing calls appropriately.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to facilitate smooth outpatient operations and enhance patient service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
