Position: Healthcare Onboarding Specialist – Part Time

Our rapidly expanding home healthcare company is seeking a full-time Healthcare Onboarding Specialist in Ft Meyers FL. This role requires an individual with exceptional customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and work independently.

Compensation:

• Pay: $20/hour, plus a monthly bonus
• Full benefits package, including insurance, and PTO

The ideal candidate will maintain a positive attitude, excel under pressure, and demonstrate the ability to perform the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
• Refer qualified CNAs to clients on an ongoing basis.
• Provide exceptional attention to detail in all tasks and processes.
• Maintain strong computer proficiency, especially in Word and Excel.
• Communicate effectively within a team environment, ensuring smooth coordination.
• On-call availability is required.
• Answer phone calls during regular hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM).
• Be available for after-hours calls, including weekends (Friday 4:30 PM–Monday 9:00 AM).
• Offer additional office support as needed.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of relevant healthcare experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
