Role Description
This full-time, on-site Home Care Sales role is based in Gainesville, FL. The role involves identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with clients, families, and referral sources to drive new business opportunities. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, presenting care solutions, and coordinating client intake processes. The role also involves collaborating with the Care Team to ensure services align with client needs and providing education to relevant parties about the comprehensive care solutions offered by Concierge Care.
Qualifications
- Experience in Home Care and Elder Care services
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to build relationships and engage with families, clients, and referral sources effectively
- Knowledge of client intake processes and familiarity with senior care industry regulations is a plus
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive business development
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage
