As a member of our Middleburg home care team, you'll provide individualized support that helps seniors maintain their daily routines and quality of life.
Responsibilities May Include
- Personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Companionship and social engagement
- Walking assistance and safe transfers
- Meal preparation and light household tasks
- Medication reminders
- Transportation and errands when needed
- Support for clients experiencing Alzheimer's disease or dementia
- Current Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license OR Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate from a Florida-approved school
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
- Current CPR certification
- Social Security card
- Health statement dated within the past six months
- Required caregiver training:
- 2 hours of Alzheimer's training
- 1 hour of HIV/AIDS training
- 2 hours of medication assistance training
- Eligibility for AHCA/FLClearinghouse Level 2 background screening
- Dependability, professionalism, and a commitment to compassionate senior care
