PRN RN – Hospice Nurse (Spring, TX)

What You’ll Do:
- Provide skilled, compassionate nursing care to patients and families.
- Complete routine visits, recerts, and IDT notes, with opportunities to assist with admissions and on-call shifts when available.
- Collaborate with the hospice team and actively participate in interdisciplinary team (IDT) meetings every other week.
- Maintain accurate, same-day charting with a provided tablet.
- Travel within Cleveland, Livingston, and Conroe.
What We’re Looking For:
- Current RN license in Texas.
- Hospice or home health experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and comfort with travel across the service area.
- Most importantly: a passion for providing meaningful care at the end of life.
