Concho Hearts Hospice is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands-on care to patients in their homes in the San Angelo area.

About the Role:
As a Hospice CNA, you will provide personal care and emotional support to patients while working alongside a compassionate interdisciplinary team. You’ll help ensure comfort, dignity, and quality of life for patients during their journey.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide hands-on personal care in patients’ homes.
- Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
- Support comfort measures and safety.
- Provide emotional support to patients and families.
- Report changes in patient condition to the nurse.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Texas CNA certification.
- Hospice or home health experience preferred (not required).
- Compassionate heart for caring for others.
- Reliable and dependable.
- Strong communication skills.
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Current auto liability insurance.
- Ability to travel locally.
