The Microsoft 365 AI Administrator is responsible for administering, governing, and enabling Microsoft AI platforms including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio. This role combines platform administration, AI governance, and hands-on enablement, agent development support and driving enterprise training and adoption programs to ensure scalable, responsible use of Microsoft AI capabilities.
REQUIREMENTS
* 5-7 years of experience in IT, cloud, or platform administration roles, with deep experience in Microsoft 365.
* Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio.
* Strong understanding of AI governance, security, and compliance in enterprise environments.
* Proficiency with automation and scripting tools (PowerShell, Python, APIs).
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to train, document, and influence across technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to Have
* Experience with Azure AI or Azure OpenAI services.
* Experience partnering with Microsoft consulting partners
* Background in change management, enablement, or enterprise technology adoption.
* Familiarity with responsible AI frameworks and emerging AI regulations.
