Position: Icertis CLM System Administrator
Location: Marysville, Ohio (5 days onsite per week)
Duration: FULL TIME or Contract

Experience: ~4 Years (Icertis CLM Functional / Admin Experience) overall ~10 years as functional consultant on any enterprise SaaS platform.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) System Administrator to support, maintain, and enhance our Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform. This role is central to ensuring smooth operations, high-quality user experience, process optimization, and continuous improvements across our contract management ecosystem.

Desired candidate should have hands-on Icertis experience and should be able to drive user adoption, operational excellence, and platform enhancements.

Required

~5 years of hands-on experience with Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI).
Strong understanding of CLM processes and system configuration.
Experience with workflows, templates, metadata, and platform administration.
Ability to coordinate with Icertis support for fixes and enhancements.
Strong communication skills and ability to conduct user training.
