3–5 years of experience in business development, project management, or a related discipline
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred

Ability to effectively communicate information individually and in group situations to customers, co-workers and staff. Project & Process Management
- Oversee and track all business development projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
- Lead RFP update meetings, maintain project checklists, and send reminders to team members regarding deadlines and deliverables.
- Manage the preparation of RFP submissions, including budget-to-actuals tracking and coordination of proposal components.
- Conduct research on brands and concepts; recommend new opportunities for active RFPs and the company’s portfolio.
- Maintain and update the company’s brand list.
- Manage brand introductions, follow-ups, and meeting scheduling.
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with brands, airport concessions teams, developers, and ACDBE partners; maintain updated contact lists.
- Prepare and distribute LOIs and NDAs to brands, partners, and legal teams for execution.
- Collaborate with consultants and internal teams to develop complete proposal packages for airport authorities and developers.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive, high-quality submissions.
Industry Engagement & Opportunity Tracking
- Attend airport outreach meetings to understand processes, network, and follow up on resulting opportunities.
- Participate in industry conferences to stay informed about trends and business development activities.
- Complete registrations and sponsorships for airport opportunities and industry events.
- Maintain airport, brand, and partner/ACDBE contact lists for upcoming opportunities.
