Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, licensed Speech Therapist to join our outpatient team. In this role, you will meet with new patients, assess their speech and communication needs, and develop individualized treatment plans to help them reach their goals. You will document all patient care, participate in treatment sessions, and adjust goals as needed to ensure the best possible outcomes.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of speech pathology, provides compassionate and patient‑centered care, and maintains excellent organizational and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Meet with new patients, answer introductory questions, and begin their speech therapy journey
- Conduct evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans with short‑ and long‑term goals
- Implement and adjust treatment plans to support successful patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate, detailed records of patient needs, care, and progress
- Collaborate closely with patients and their families to ensure they have the tools and knowledge needed for success
Qualifications
- Active state license to practice speech therapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and documentation abilities
- Proficiency with basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office
- Compassionate, patient‑focused approach to care
