Qualifications And Desired Experience

• Previous experience in a school environment strongly desired
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student IEPs
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to address each child’s needs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, progress reports, and Medicaid billing (as applicable)
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams for student planning
• Offer consultation and education to teachers and families regarding speech and language development
