Qualifications And Desired Experience
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP license or eligibility for licensure in Indiana
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows considered
- Previous experience in a school environment strongly desired
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with IEP processes and special education requirements
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student IEPs
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to address each child’s needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, progress reports, and Medicaid billing (as applicable)
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams for student planning
