WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Direct the daily operations of a busy rehabilitation department.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of PTs, PTAs, OTs, OTAs, and Speech-Language Pathologists.
- Partner with facility leadership to achieve outstanding clinical outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare, state, and company guidelines.
- Monitor department performance, scheduling, productivity, and quality measures.
- Build positive relationships with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Create a culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and exceptional care.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Current Michigan PTA or OTA license.
- Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute rehabilitation, long-term care, or geriatric therapy preferred.
- Leadership experience is welcomed but not required—we're happy to develop motivated clinicians ready for the next step.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- A positive attitude and commitment to delivering patient-centered care.
