What You'll Do:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services to maximize independence and function
- Address ADLs, mobility, safety awareness, and adaptive equipment needs
- Collaborate with physicians, care teams, residents, and families
- Maintain accurate documentation, billing, and discharge planning
- Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to support positive outcomes
Qualifications:
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Active state Occupational Therapist license
- Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient-centered care skills
