Occupational Therapist (OT) – Part-Time & PRN Opportunities
Flexible Part-Time & PRN Positions Available in a Skilled Nursing Facility
Looking for a rewarding therapy role with scheduling flexibility? Join our skilled nursing facility team as a Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) and help residents maximize their independence, safety, and quality of life.
What You'll Do:
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide occupational therapy services to improve daily living skills and functional independence
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Supervise and support Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
- Complete timely documentation, care planning, and billing
- Educate residents, caregivers, and staff on therapy programs and safe functional practices
- Participate in discharge planning and care conferences
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice
- Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills
- Skilled nursing, rehab, or geriatric experience preferred
