Concept Pelvic Health is looking for a full-time Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist to join our growing team.
This position will initially be split between our Keller and Argyle locations while we cover a maternity leave and continue growing our Argyle office, with the long-term plan for the position to become primarily or fully Argyle-based.
We are an independently owned pelvic health practice focused on high-quality, individualized care. We want our clinicians to have enough time and energy to actually connect with patients, think through treatment, and enjoy the work they do.
We also have high standards.
We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about patients, takes ownership of their work, wants to keep growing clinically, and values being part of a strong team.
What your schedule looks like:
- One-hour appointments
- Maximum of approximately 8 patients per day
- No routine double booking
- Minimal documentation
- No regular weekends
- No routinely working past 6 PM
- Full-time schedule of approximately 34–40 hours per week
Experience is not required.
We are happy to hire a newer clinician who is interested in pelvic health and wants strong mentorship. Experienced pelvic health PTs and OTs are equally welcome.
More important than years of experience is finding someone who is curious, coachable, dependable, and committed to providing excellent care.
Full-time benefits include:
- More than 4 weeks of PTO
- Dental insurance
- Vision insurance
- 401(k) with employer match
- Short-term disability
- Additional indemnity benefit options
- Continuing education reimbursement
- Clinical mentorship
- Predictable scheduling
- No routine weekends or late evenings
We believe work-life balance and high performance can coexist.
We want our clinicians to take vacations, attend family events, have hobbies, and enjoy their lives outside of work. And when they are here, we want them engaged, thoughtful, collaborative, and committed to giving patients excellent care.
If that sounds like the kind of practice you’ve been looking for, we’d love to meet you.
