Olive Physical Therapy is a PT-owned outpatient clinic that believes patients deserve more than a rushed treatment session. We intentionally keep our schedule manageable—typically 1–2 patients per hour—so therapists have the time to think, treat, educate, and build real relationships with the people they serve.

We are growing and looking for a PRN Physical Therapist who values quality care, enjoys working as part of a team, and wants the flexibility of PRN work without sacrificing clinical excellence.

About Olive Physical Therapy

Olive Physical Therapy is a community-focused private practice serving Arlington, Pantego, and surrounding areas. We treat a wide variety of conditions including:

What You'll Do
  • Perform comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings.
  • Treat a diverse outpatient caseload including orthopedic, vestibular, TMJ, pelvic floor, and post-surgical patients.
  • Provide hands-on care using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education.
  • Educate patients on recovery, injury prevention, home exercise programs, and long-term wellness.
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, referral sources, and other members of the healthcare team.
  • Help create a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

Qualifications


Required
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a CAPTE-accredited program
  • Current Texas Physical Therapy license or eligibility for Texas licensure
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exercise- and manual-based treatment skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and commitment to excellent patient care


Preferred
  • Experience in outpatient orthopedics
  • Interest or experience in vestibular rehabilitation
  • Interest or experience in pelvic floor therapy
  • Dry needling and manual therapy experience
  • New graduates with strong clinical rotations are encouraged to apply
