What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to existing customers and leads as part of sales and service campaigns
• Advise customers on suitable product upgrades and financial solutions
• Perform calls ensuring compliant communication.
• Execute product upgrades and support customers through the decision process
• Contact prospective customers to complete pending application steps and confirm commitment
• Support additional sales or telemarketing activities as required
• Meet personal and team performance targets including call handling quotas
• Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents accurately
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and internal policies consistently
  
  

Requirements

• Fluent in German
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Strong focus on customer needs and understanding of how customers can behave
• Clear and professional communication skills, problem-solving and active listening skills
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
