What You’ll Be Doing
- Handle incoming calls and chat interactions professionally and efficiently
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to ensure high satisfaction levels
- Build trust-based relationships through open, interactive communication
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information using the right tools and methods
- Meet personal and team performance targets including call handling quotas
- Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents accurately
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and internal policies consistently
- Fluent in German
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong focus on customer needs and understanding of how customers can behave
- Clear and professional communication skills, problem-solving and active listening skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
- 100% work from home (anywhere in Greece)
